Shipping policy

All our products are handmade in small batches with care. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days, and once dispatched, they are sent via standard delivery within the UK at a flat rate of £3. Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, though on rare occasions it may take a little longer due to courier delays.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not reach you, please contact us at dewy.skin.natural@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund to make things right.
